TIER Mobility is the very first climate-neutral micro-mobility company in Europe. You can book a TIER in 11 countries and over 110 cities and towns. Urban kids love using it, but the company had difficulties recruiting new employees, especially maintenance staff. Our challenge was to generate 2000 applications in only two months. Initially, the request seemed ambitious, but we made a sweet little recruiting campaign to reach the set goal. Long story short: The target group loved it. And by "they loved it," I mean we could achieve the client’s goal 2 weeks earlier and with 30% lower costs per lead as planned. Everybody was very happy.
